The Friends of the Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library is
a group of supporters and volunteers for the local library. The purpose for the organization is to promote library
programs and services. Members of Friends of the Library are representatives of
the community with deep interest in enhancing library programs and services. Friends of the Library Board meetings are
held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the library.
